Lorries Illustrated: Views from the North

Features working images from the 1960s & 1970s taken by Roger Kenney - mainly in the Liverpool / Manchester area - of lorries and vehicles of over 100 English, Scottish & Welsh road haulage and road transport operators. British commercial vehicle manufacture and operation was then at its zenith but here his pictures bring the past back to life. Roger, some of whose work has appeared in books by Bob Tuck and in our own publications, died in 2005 and therefore Views from the North - featuring just a selection of his classic images - was published as a tribute to him from Roundoak and his enthusiast friends who have helped with the publication. 96 pages. 140 black & white photographs. hardback
