Northern Fuel

A cool and beautiful photo book about the colorful and fast-paced motorsport of drag racing and about Swedish hotrod culture.

The book depicts in pictures three different aspects of drag racing in Sweden: FIA European Dragracing Championship at Mantorp Park, Bracket racing at Tullinge and Blacksmith Nats nostalgia racing at Kjula. The last part of the book is a photo gallery that depicts the hotrod culture in today's Sweden. Northern Fuel has over a hundred photos and is printed in duplex printing with an appendix. Klas Bjärkman and John Eyre have, together with photographer Pawel Flato, made a unique book about their passion for these exciting subcultures.
