NSU: The road to the Motorcycle World Championship

Until the early 1960s, the largest motorcycle manufacturer wasn't based in Japan, but in Neckarsulm, Germany. And a highly successful one at that: Exactly 50 years ago, legendary riders like Werner Haas, Wilhelm Herz, and the Briton Tom Bullus secured the first World Championship in the 250cc class. Following his successful book about the almost forgotten Opel motorcycles, enthusiast and practical expert Jürgen Nöll, in collaboration with Wolfgang Schneider and NSU, the motorcycle heritage division of AUDI AG, paints a multifaceted picture of NSU's racing history with numerous previously unpublished photographs.
