The Spread of London's Underground - Fourth Edition

The London Underground map is known by people all over the world. This large format book uses a version of it to show the growth of the system, decade by decade, since its first part was opened between Paddington and Farringdon Street in 1863. The maps are accompanied by brief histories of the development of the lines and specially selected illustrations.
